- Lead and execute restoration activities, including drying, demolition, and cleanup.
- Follow work orders and crew chief instructions to ensure high-quality job completion.
- Inventory, load, and maintain equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
- Prepare rooms and areas for work activities and ensure the job site is left clean and orderly.
- Communicate openly with crew chiefs, technicians, and customers to ensure seamless job execution.
- Represent True North Restoration with professionalism and integrity on every project.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in cleaning/restoration, particularly with water and fire damage projects.
- Certification: IICRC-certified (e.g., WRT, ASD, or other relevant certifications).
- Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Standards: A commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with your team while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
- Adaptability: Willingness to travel locally or out of state as necessary to respond to emergency needs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly (and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance).
- Ability to work in varied environments, including climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and standing/walking for prolonged periods.
- Comfort working with/around cleaning products and chemicals.
