Job Description:
The Hotel Support Staff is responsible for maintaining the daily operations that ensure a seamless guest experience. This is a multi-functional role that supports housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house teams. The primary goal is to ensure the facility is clean, functional, and welcoming at all times.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facility Maintenance & Upkeep
- Perform routine inspections of common areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms) to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Assist the maintenance team with minor repairs, such as changing lightbulbs, unclogging drains, or touching up paint.
- Ensure all guest-facing equipment (elevators, vending machines, gym equipment) is operational.
- Guest Service Support
- Respond promptly to guest requests for extra linens, toiletries, or luggage assistance.
- Deliver "amenity calls" (room service, requested items) to guest rooms with a professional demeanor.
- Provide basic information about hotel hours, breakfast services, and local directions.
- Logistical Operations
- Manage the transport of laundry and supplies between storage areas and guest floors.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms or banquet halls for events.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and guest essentials
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience and knowledge in the hospitality field
- Must be able to pass alcohol and drug screen.
- Punctuality and consistent reliability in reporting to work.
- Efficient time management skills and consistent reliability in reporting to work on time and prepared.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role is primarily performed in an office building with standard office environment and controlled temperatures. When working outdoors or at a job site the employee may be exposed to construction equipment or other moving objects/equipment; reference job site specifics.
