What This Is

True North is an international boutique hotel and premium vacation rental management platform. We’re recruiting proven sales hunters from the hotel/vacation rental space to become Branch Managers — owning a portfolio of assets instead of just closing one-off deals.

This isn’t a W-2 sales job.
It’s revenue participation inside a system built to scale.

  • Operate at a strategic level, not chasing housekeeping or maintenance tickets

  • Revenue management dynamic pricing systems
  • Distribution, channel optimization, OTAs
  • Accounting, owner reporting, trust accounting
  • Operational SOPs, tech stack, PMS integrations
  • Legal, insurance, compliance frameworks

You stay in your zone: hunting, closing, growing. We handle the backend.

Income Example – One Strong Boutique Asset

A 40-room boutique hotel you sign:

  • ∼$200,000 annual management fees
  • ∼$180,000 TN Net
  • 24% Branch Manager participation = ∼$43,200/year recurring

Sign 5 assets = $216k/year recurring before growth.
10 assets = $432k/year. No ceiling. Our infrastructure removes the cap.
