Responsibilities
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform preventative maintenance across our CNC and fabrication equipment
- Maintain and repair CNC Mills, CNC Turning Centers, Automatic Band Saws, Cold Saws, CNC Plasma Cutters, Sheet and Tube Lasers, and Automatic Tube End Finishers
- Service pneumatic hand tools, electric hoists, power tools, and measurement/inspection equipment
- Manage dust and mist collection systems (Torit, Filtermist, Mist Buster), air compressors, and sanders/sand blasters
- Handle general building maintenance and facility upkeep
- Apply and enforce Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) practices
- Support and help develop our Safety Program and procedures
- Maintain an accurate maintenance log
Skills
- 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Solid mechanical knowledge with basic troubleshooting of electrical components, mechanical controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Familiarity with CNC machine components
- Ability to repair hand and power tools
- MIG welding skills
- Physically fit and able to perform hands-on work throughout a shift
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
