As a Wireless Sales Agent, you bring a personal touch to in-person sales visits, helping Tampa companies understand wireless devices, cell phones and Business Fiber/Internet without needing a translator. Our sales training keeps the Wireless Sales Agent sharp, confident, and ready to turn any sales moment into a win.
Key Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Agent
- Visit local Tampa businesses in person to learn their wireless needs and present AT&T solutions that support smoother sales workflows.
- Evaluate device age, data habits, and team size to recommend smartphones and plans that improve mobile sales performance.
- Break down Business Fiber benefits in everyday language that supports clear sales conversations.
- Assist with account transitions and new lines to ensure smooth, accurate sales processing.
- Coordinate device activation so businesses leave the appointment with tools ready for immediate sales use.
- Build ongoing account relationships by offering consistent support that drives long‑term sales growth.
Minimum Qualifications of the Wireless Sales Agent
- High school diploma or GED preferred
