True North Marine is a full-service shipyard and marine repair facility servicing power and sail vessels in the Clear Lake and Galveston Bay area. Our skilled team members perform comprehensive mechanical, electrical, electronic, HVAC, sanitation & plumbing systems and other refit work for discerning boat owners who expect the highest standards and attention to detail. Who We’re Looking For

We’re always interested in connecting with:

  • ABYC-certified technicians (Marine Systems, Marine Electrical, Gas & Diesel Engines, HVAC/R, etc.) – Master Certified Techs especially!
  • Manufacturer-Trained & Certified Technicians (Mercruiser, Mercury, Volvo Penta, Yamaha, etc.) – Inboard gas & diesel, outboard engines
  • NMEA Expert Certified Installers – Raymarine, Navico, Garmin, Furuno equipment
  • Skilled professionals in mechanical, electrical, systems, and refit work
  • Motivated individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and enjoy working on the water

Competitive Starting Salaries

  • Starting pay: $72,000–$82,000 annually (based on certifications and experience) Regular performance reviews and growth opportunities
