What You'll Do
Maintain Safe & Professional Facilities
- Inspect buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems to ensure safe and well-maintained conditions
- Complete maintenance work orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform minor repairs including lighting, locks, fixtures, and general building maintenance
- Assist with HVAC preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Keep Our Grounds Looking Great
- Maintain landscaping, trees, shrubs, flowers, and outdoor spaces
- Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely
- Perform seasonal groundskeeping duties including snow removal and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate contracted snow removal services and monitor performance
Support Daily Operations
- Clean and maintain common areas, offices, restrooms, and breakrooms
- Assist with furniture moves, equipment setup, and special projects
- Support event setup and breakdown activities
- Manage waste and recycling programs
Champion Workplace Safety
- Serve as the company Co-Safety Officer
- Maintain OSHA-required safety documentation and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Conduct inspections and identify potential hazards
- Promote a safe work environment for employees, visitors, and contractors
Improve Facilities & Operations
- Maintain inventories of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Recommend equipment and facility improvements
- Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and inventory levels

Qualifications:Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational training or certifications in maintenance, facilities, landscaping, or related fields preferred
- Experience in facilities maintenance, groundskeeping, or a similar role preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance practices
- Experience operating landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical work safely
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety standards preferred
