- Review and analyze medical records to assign appropriate ICD-10, ICD-9, CPT, and DRG codes in accordance with medical coding guidelines.
- Prepare and submit insurance claims using advanced billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Verify patient insurance coverage, process third-party billing, and follow up on unpaid or denied claims to optimize revenue cycle management.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation discrepancies and ensure proper coding for inpatient services.
- Stay updated on changes in health insurance policies, coding guidelines, and billing regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements
- Proven experience in medical office settings with strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical records management.
