What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Agent position at True North Group with LPT?
Company Description
True North Group is a team working under LPT Realty. We've brought our 'cool vibe' from Due South Realty and placed it under a larger company that has more bells and whistles that can truly help you grow your business. To add to it, it will cost you less than where we were before! So, more money in your pocket. I developed our training at DSR and will continue to do the same and a little more in our new home. We are committed to doing real estate differently. We genuinely aim to serve others, create an atmosphere of care, empathy, and compassion, so our agents are not just completing a transaction but helping our clients attain clarity and confidence that they are making the wisest decision concerning their next move.
We are not about real estate agents just doing more transactions so they can reach lofty sales goals. We are about agents that are ‘down to earth’, authentic, and are greatly concerned about having a stalwart reputation of being client centric. If you are tired of real estate agents that just do this for the ‘sale’ and for the commission check then we should have a conversation. At the end of the day this job is more about counseling people through the gauntlet of finding/selling a home then a transaction that’s over at the closing table.
Role Description
This is ideally for a full-time, home-based role for a Real Estate Agent. (Part-time is a possibility.) You are an independent contractor, but we expect you to operate your business doing it the True North Group way of over-the-top service. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with buying and selling properties, including but not limited to: conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service to clients, helping clients navigate the buying and selling process, and maintaining a current knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
