Job Title: Housekeeper
Reports To: Executive Housekeeper
Job Description: Responsible for maintaining established quality cleanliness standards in all areas of the Club as a part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning of rental properties, course Comfort Stations (2) and Clubhouse (Locker Rooms, Lobby. Lobby Bathrooms, Employee breakroom and bathroom)
- Arrive on time, prepared and ready to start shift in uniform
- Ready Clubhouse & Comfort stations for member & guest use by cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, stocking and notifying supervisor of any deficiencies and/or requirements.
- Prepare rentals for use by cleaning, dusting, making beds, vacuuming, stocking, taking out trash and doing laundry according to established procedures.
- Keep housekeeping areas (Laundry room, closets and van) clean, stocked and organized.
- Greet guests and communicate requests to supervisor.
- Check rooms for damaged furniture and equipment.
- Advise supervisor of any insufficiencies in and needs for all properties maintained
- Communicates and works with team members
Physical demands and work environment:
- 4-8 hour days, including weekends and holidays.
- Required to stand for long periods and walk, squat, climb stairs, kneel, bend and reach.
- Push, pull or lift up to 40 pounds
- Repetitive motions (making beds, cleaning showers, operating vacuum)
- Work in hot, humid and noisy environment with time restraints.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
