MORTGAGE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Location: Juneau
Salary: $23.18 – 31.88/hr

Position Overview:
As a Mortgage Support Specialist, you will provide support to the mortgage loan officers, managers and members as they navigate the rewarding process of home ownership. Your job duties will include varying mortgage loan functions such as managing the closing process, assisting with processing and occasionally greeting/assisting members on the phone or in person. This position requires a high-level of flexibility and ability to pivot throughout the day.
Additional responsibilities:
- Preparation and completion of documents necessary for closing, disbursing and shipping mortgage loans.
- Communicate with Title Companies and Investors regarding mortgage loan activities.
- Provide accurate and thorough data entry for retained loans
What you’ll need:
- One to three years of similar or related experience including office or administrative work.
- A high school education or GED.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
