In this role you will:
- Maintain business lending servicing tasks, including annual reviews, insurance tracking, and financial data entry into analysis systems.
- Perform loan servicing tasks such as data entry review, loan corrections and preparing consumer loan documents for closing.
- Provide operational support for member business lending activities including application intake, obtaining credit and collateral information and setting up and maintaining MBL loan files.
- Process loan payoffs: release liens, issue payoff letters, complete reconveyances, and finalize paid loan documentation.
