What We Need

We are seeking a highly organized people-person to fill this key position in Human Resources. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of diplomacy and the ability to work independently.

Position Overview

The HR Technician will provide comprehensive administrative and technical support across key HR functions including payroll processing, maintenance of employee files, benefits administration, recruitment assistance, employee engagement, and company-wide activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where confidentiality and accuracy are paramount.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain HR files, records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal retention requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication and application tracking.
• Support timekeeping and payroll processes by ensuring accurate data entry.
• Assist with employee benefit enrollments, changes and inquiries.
• Participate in employee engagement and communications.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• One to three years of similar or related experience. HR or Administrative experience preferred.
• A (1) 2 year college degree or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing or (3) completion of a specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
