Qualifications
- Clinical Experience: Prior hands-on experience with chairside assisting (preferred), X-rays, sterilization, and familiarity with common procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.)
- Certifications: Current certifications (Polishing certification, expanded function dental assistant, or CPR)
- Reliability & Attendance: Punctuality and consistent attendance
- Work Ethic & Team Fit: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take direction, and support the provider and team
- Patient Interaction: Communication skills and ability to provide a positive patient experience
- Software Experience: Experience with dental software (Dentrix)
- Bilingual: Spanish/English
