First Steps Recovery is the valley's preeminent treatment provider for clients suffering from alcohol and/or drug addiction. With our outpatient program in the city of Clovis and inpatient detox and residential treatment facilities in the foothills 20 miles East, we provide a full continuum of care for those individuals searching for help.
Primary Responsibilities will include:
- Working with a team of dedicated, focused and caring individuals to provide the highest possible quality of care for patients struggling with alcohol and substance abuse recovery.
- Working within an interdisciplinary team, provide therapy, counseling and psychoeducation for individuals and groups
- Develop treatment plans and provide case management services

- Ability to engage clients empathetically and without judgement
- Ability to multi-task, delegate and accept delegation, manage client care, maintain facility standards and work within a team with singular focus, to change lives
- Desire to assist those with chemical dependency in their recovery
Qualifications:

Licensure to provide therapy within the state of California (LMFT, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work with a wide variety of symptoms related to chemical dependency and mental health
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
