Student Life & Assessment Coordinator

True North Classical Academy is seeking a highly organized and mission-aligned Student Life & Assessment Coordinator to steward the systems and structures that support academic excellence and student formation. This role oversees student testing, clubs, activities, field trips, and calendar management, ensuring the order and precision that allow our students and faculty to thrive.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate all state and internal assessments, including scheduling, compliance, accommodations, proctor assignments, and secure handling of materials.

• Manage and maintain the master school calendar to ensure alignment across departments and prevent scheduling conflicts.

• Oversee clubs, student activities, and field trips, ensuring proper documentation, supervision, and adherence to school policies.

• Coordinate logistics for school events and academic programs.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with faculty, families, and leadership regarding schedules, expectations, and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3 - 5 years of administrative or operations experience (school setting strongly preferred)

• Demonstrated success managing complex schedules and multiple deadlines simultaneously

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace

• Strong project management and organizational systems skills

• Experience supporting compliance-based processes (testing, reporting, documentation)

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
