Competitive Compensation: Starting salary for new teachers, without experience, begins at $52,470. Starting salary for experienced teachers based on experience and expertise. Additional compensation includes:

- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from a fully accredited college or university.
- Certification is not required to teach at True North.
- Candidates align with the classical liberal arts curriculum and philosophy employed at True North Classical Academy.
- Candidates must view education as a vocation and be willing to go above to ensure the moral and academic success of all students.
