We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated finance professional to support financial reporting and analysis across multiple agencies. This role is designed to free up executive leadership time by handling regular reporting, data entry, and analysis tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with spreadsheets, pulling data from different sources, and preparing accurate reports for review.
This is a critical support function that ensures leadership has accurate and timely financial information. The person will primarily support the CFO, with the opportunity to extend assistance to other leaders as needs arise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Prepare, update, and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets for multiple entities.
- Support weekly calls with agency leaders by gathering and analyzing financial data in advance.
- Enter, clean, and organize financial data for reporting accuracy.
- Respond to reporting requests (e.g., from Advantage or agency leaders) by gathering relevant information and creating reports.
- Provide ongoing support to the finance team, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with CFO and other leaders to ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and actionable.

- 1-3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas) and comfort working with multiple spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle recurring tasks consistently while also responding to ad hoc reporting needs.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work closely with leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
