We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques, a commitment to client-centered care, and a genuine interest in developing a consistent clientele.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients, based on individual needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand specific concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique health and wellness objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes.
- Schedule clients for follow-up appointments.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Massage Therapy License
- Professional liability insurance coverage
- Strong proficiency in a variety of modalities including deep tissue, prenatal, and pain management techniques
- Compassionate and client-focused approach to care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
