True Love Helping Hands is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for weekends! Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
- Support clients in maintaining independence in their homes
- Accurately document care and report any changes in condition
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies
Qualifications:
- Passion for helping others and a caring, patient attitude
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- CNA, HHA, or relevant experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
