What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Patient Experience Coordinator position at True Hue Orthodontics?
Orthodontic Patient Experience Coordinator
Hybrid Clinical Administrative Role
Full or Part-Time | 3–4 Days Per Week Initially
Can people hear your smile when you answer the phone?
Do you love connecting with people, staying organized, and helping create a welcoming, upbeat environment?
If so, we’d love to meet you.
We are a growing orthodontic practice looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and wants to be part of building something special. This is not a traditional “front desk only” role, and it’s not strictly clinical either. We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, works well with others, and is excited to jump in wherever needed.
This hybrid role is approximately 70% administrative/patient coordination and 30% clinical support, though responsibilities may vary depending on the day and office needs.
Some days you may be helping chairside with patients. Other days you may be coordinating schedules, answering questions, assisting with new patient experiences, or helping ensure the office feels calm, organized, and welcoming.
We care deeply about patient experience and the overall energy of our office. We want patients to feel comfortable, known, and genuinely excited to come here — and that starts with our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming patients and creating a positive experience from the moment they walk in
- Assisting with scheduling and helping the day run smoothly
- Supporting the orthodontist chairside as needed
- Taking digital x-rays, photos, iTero scans, and impressions
- Helping patients understand treatment, scheduling, and financial questions
- Answering phones, texts, and emails in a warm and professional manner
- Maintaining an organized, upbeat, team-oriented environment
- Helping wherever needed to support the patient experience and flow of the office
What We’re Looking For
- Dental or orthodontic experience preferred
- Orthodontic assisting or RDA experience is a strong plus
- X-Ray Certification preferred
- Experience with iTero scanning is a plus
- Dependable, organized, and positive
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a team
- A person who wants to grow alongside a developing practice
Why You Might Love It Here
We’re building a modern, relationship-focused orthodontic practice where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. We believe culture matters, teamwork matters, and patients can absolutely feel the difference when a team truly cares.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just “a job” and would enjoy helping shape a growing practice from the ground up.
We’re looking for the kind of person who naturally steps in, stays positive, brings good energy, and makes everyone around them better.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
