Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising (Google & Meta)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Build and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization to improve ROAS.
- Create reporting dashboards and deliver insights on campaign performance.
Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Build, manage, and optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome series, post-purchase, winback, etc.) and campaigns.
- Segment audiences based on behavior, purchase patterns, and engagement.
- Analyze email performance, recommend improvements, and ensure best-in-class deliverability practices.
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Set monthly content plans aligned with brand goals and performance trends.
- Identify trends, creators, and opportunities to grow reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling assets for both organic and paid use.
Ad Creative Strategy
- Concept and brief ad creative for Meta and Google campaigns.
- Partner with designers, videographers, or UGC creators to produce high-impact assets.
- Analyze creative performance and iterate quickly based on data.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital, paid media, or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts with performance goals.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithm trends, and content strategy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
- Experience with Shopify, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in-office 3 days per week as part of our hybrid schedule.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
