At True Food Kitchen, we take pride in a restaurant that feels noticeably clean. Our dishwashers are essential to making that happen — ensuring tableware, cookware, and the kitchen stay spotless and ready for service before, during, and after every shift. Dishwashers are truly the heart of the kitchen.
THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations

THE PERFECT PAIRING

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfort standing for extended periods
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to cleanliness
