We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – Off‑Site Catering (San Antonio)
True Flavors Catering, a San Antonio‑based, award‑winning catering company, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the execution of our off‑site catering events. We’re known for great food, strong teams, and delivering events that run seamlessly from start to finish.
This role oversees staff, logistics, liquor inventory, warehouse operations, delivery vehicles, and on‑site execution while working closely with our sales and culinary teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead off‑site event operations from load‑in through breakdown
- Manage and support event staff and field teams
- Oversee liquor inventory, equipment, and warehouse staging
- Ensure delivery trucks and event logistics are organized and on schedule
- Partner with sales to execute event plans accurately
- Serve as the go‑to operations leader on event days
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of food service and management experience
- Background in catering, hospitality, or event operations
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable with nights, weekends, and fast‑paced environments
