We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. The Sales Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in assisting our sales team with administrative tasks, customer inquiries, and order processing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales quotations, proposals, and other necessary support
- Coordinate order processing, including entering orders into the system, verifying accuracy, and managing delivery logistics
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely product availability
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, including providing customers with up- to-date product information and promotional materials.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
