Door-to-Door Canvasser / Lead Generator (Painting Company)

About the Role
We are a fast-growing residential painting company looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to help generate leads through door-to-door canvassing.
This is NOT a high-pressure sales role — your job is simply to start conversations and set appointments for homeowners interested in painting services.

What You’ll Do
- Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods
- Start friendly conversations with homeowners
- Offer free painting estimates / consultations
- Set appointments for our sales team
- Track your activity and leads daily
Schedule
- Evenings weekends (when homeowners are home)
- Flexible scheduling available
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable walking and working outdoors
- No experience required (we provide training)
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Important Notes
- Must be willing to obtain a local peddler/solicitor permit (we will guide you through the process)
- Must have reliable transportation
