Your week at a glanceWork Schedule: 6AM - 4:30 PM, Monday thru Thursday
What you’ll do- Set up and operate band saws and cold saws to cut raw materials precisely.
- Lay out and measure stock using a tape measure and basic measuring tools.
- Prepare materials for downstream/secondary operations to keep jobs moving.
- Support general shop and production activities as needed.
- Assist with prepping parts for powder coating when required.
Bring the right attitude and we’ll teach you the rest. As you develop, you may train on:
- CNC vertical machining centers
- CNC turning centers
- CNC press brakes
- Additional fabrication and production machinery
- No specific prior experience required—just drive and reliability.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how things work.
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring instruments.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and uphold shop procedures.
- Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
