Manufacturing Equipment Operator Trainee (Fabrication)

What if your next workweek set the foundation for a long-term career in manufacturing? At our Chandler, Arizona facility, we’re hiring a Manufacturing Equipment Operator Trainee who’s ready to learn, contribute, and take pride in hands-on work.

Work Schedule: 6AM - 4:30 PM, Monday thru Thursday

• Set up and operate band saws and cold saws to cut raw materials precisely.
• Lay out and measure stock using a tape measure and basic measuring tools.
• Prepare materials for downstream/secondary operations to keep jobs moving.
• Support general shop and production activities as needed.
• Assist with prepping parts for powder coating when required.

Bring the right attitude and we’ll teach you the rest. As you develop, you may train on:

• CNC vertical machining centers
• CNC turning centers
• CNC press brakes
• Additional fabrication and production machinery

• No specific prior experience required—just drive and reliability.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how things work.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring instruments.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and uphold shop procedures.
• Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to working safely in a manufacturing environment.
