What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Sales Director position at True Earth Holdings?
Who we are
—
True Earth Holdings is a luxury hemp and THCA company with a portfolio of brands, each built to compete at the top of its category. Through decades of collective experience and numerous awards (Emerald Cup, Cal State Canna Awards, High Times), we’ve created pure, high-quality products that deliver a luxury experience for the everyday consumer and competition-grade quality for the discerning connoisseur.
The role
—
You’ll own the national book: independent retailers, distributors, multi-location accounts. Most of the map is still white space, and whoever takes this seat gets to draw it.
Buyers worth having want one thing: a supplier who delivers the same quality every time. Test clean, ship on schedule, show up when you say you will. We handle that on the back end so your reorder rate takes care of itself.
Compensation
—
Base salary plus 6–7% commission, paid when the invoice is completed. First-year earnings of roughly $80,000 based on the current book — and that book currently accounts for one state.
Who thrives here
—
•Wholesale experience in a regulated category: hemp, cannabis, vape, nicotine, beverage alcohol, supplements
•You can read a COA out loud and turn a cautious buyer into a confident one
•You treat state rules as part of the craft, not someone else’s paperwork
•You bring relationships, or build them fast
•You’re the rep buyers pick up the phone for
What you get
—
Product you’ll be proud to put your name on, compliance and logistics behind you, and a national territory with nobody drawing borders around it.
To apply
—
Email [support@trueearthmanagement.com] with your resume and a cover letter. In the letter, tell us what you’ve sold, who you sold it to, and how you’d open a new state from zero. Three paragraphs is plenty.
Salary : $80,000
