True Design Landscape in Graham, WA is looking for a motivated Landscape Crew Member to join their hardworking team! Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and ground cover as directed by crew leader
- Apply mulch, rock, and other landscape materials to job sites
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from company vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Communicate effectively with crew leader and team members throughout the workday
Requirements:
- Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable operating hand tools and power equipment
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site or company yard
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow directions and take instruction from crew leader
- Valid driver's license a plus
