Location: This position has the opportunity to be fully on-site or hybrid. Occasion trips to any TRUE location or geography will be required as needed, and training/orientation for the role will occur primarily in Jackson.

Your Impact:

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be at the heart of our hiring and employee experience. You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for increasingly specialized roles, ensuring every candidate and hiring leader feels supported, informed and inspired throughout the process. Beyond recruitment, you'll help build and refine the systems that support our employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including niche and strategic positions
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs and craft compelling job postings.
  • Ensure a smooth, efficient and welcoming experience for new hires
  • Collaborate across people operations to strengthen our overall people practices.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention and development
  • Champion our values and culture in every interaction.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Associate's degree preferred but not required in lieu of demonstrated experience and success in recruitment.
  • Must demonstrate strong technical proficiency, preferably with HR technologies including Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms (e.g. UKG) and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Adobe, HubSpot and Docusign, skilled data analysis using intermediate Excel functions.
  • Strong people instincts, emotional intelligence, curiosity, and drive to match people with opportunity – with a sharp eye for team dynamics and business needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport quickly, and the follow-through to maintain it.
  • Natural promoter of the employer brand, representing and amplifying TRUE in a way that excites and engages candidates and new hires.
  • Well-honed organizational skills – including the ability to juggle many moving parts while ensuring no details slip.
  • Demonstrated eagerness and ability to learn, iterate, and improve self and organizational practices.
  • Experience in people-facing roles is incredibly helpful – including recruiting, sales, hospitality, customer service, etc.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, and with HRIS/ATS technologies is helpful, but not required.
  • Experience with process improvement, process documentation, and utilizing technology to increase efficiency.

Expected Starting Salary Range:

$25.38 - $30.45 per hour based on experience beyond what is required of the role and geographic location.
