Regional Part-Time Member Advisor

As a Member Advisor, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Schedule

Up To 26-29 Hours Per Week, Including

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday shifts beginning as early as 7:45 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m.
• Every Saturday 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
• Work locations may vary between assigned East Region branches based on business needs.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Open and maintain deposit accounts
• Assist members with consumer loan applications
• Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals
• Educate members about fraud prevention and account security
• Build lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes
  
  

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using technology and learning new systems
