What You'll Do
As a Member Solutions Specialist, your day will include:
- Welcoming members with warmth and a service-first mindset.
- Listening actively to understand members' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assisting members with delinquent accounts by creating repayment plans and offering guidance.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve member concerns.
- When necessary, managing repossession or foreclosure processes with professionalism and care.
- Upholding our values in every interaction because people always come first.
Your Experience Includes:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of related experience in collections, member service, or a related field.
- Clear, professional communication-written and verbal.
- Skilled at analyzing situations and developing practical solutions for members.
- Ability to create repayment plans and negotiate terms with empathy and professionalism.
- Passion for building relationships and delivering member-focused solutions.
- Ability to interpret regulations and simplify technical information.
- Accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
