- Hours: Approximately 40 hours/week
- Monday - Friday shifts (starting as early as 8:00 am and ending as late as 6:00 pm).
- Work up to 3 Saturdays a month (8:30 am - 2:30 pm).
- Orientation: 8 days of paid orientation at our main branch (1100 Clinton Road, Jackson, MI).
- Training: Additional hands-on learning to set you up for success will be provided based on skills and experience.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution, with preference given to candidates who are currently working or have recently worked in a financial services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously, maintaining accuracy, organization, and productivity in a fast‑paced setting.
- Provide exceptional member service by accurately processing financial transactions and account requests.
- Assist members with opening, maintaining, and closing consumer, specialty, and select commercial accounts.
- Support the lending process by assisting with loan applications, closings, and general loan inquiries.
- Balance cash and maintain accuracy while following security, safety, and compliance procedures.
- Educate and support members in using digital banking tools and services.
- Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that enhance members' financial well‑being.
- Resolve member concerns professionally and build strong, trusted relationships.
- Support branch operations, training, and regulatory compliance as needed.
