Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to their dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and cleaning duties. (We have a 50lb lift max.)
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a trusting relationship with clients.
- Drive clients to appointments and social activities as needed.

We are looking for a caregiver for a couple members in the Watertown area but have members throughout Jefferson County. We schedule you where YOU want to work, and the hours YOU want to do!
Requirements
- Driver's License is REQUIRED
- Reliable Vehicle (for errands, and transportation for some members)
- Working Cell Phone (charting on our company program from your phone)
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred, but willing to train. (paid training)
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Reliable work history.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We provide hands-on training and continued education.

What we do:
True Comfort provides non-medical assistance to members in their own home. We assist with tasks such as, general light cleaning, meal prep, laundry assistance, grocery shopping/errands, along with socialization/companionship, personal cares.
