Interior & exterior painting drywall finishing (taping/mudding)
True Coat Pro Painting and Drywall is seeking experienced, dependable tradespeople to join our growing team. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and well-managed job sites throughout the St. Louis area.
Positions Available
- Painters (interior & exterior)
- Drywall finishers (taping, mudding, sanding)
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality painting and drywall finishing work
- Proper surface preparation including patching, sanding, and masking
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Follow job specifications, schedules, and safety practices
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Must have prior experience in painting and/or drywall finishing
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the St. Louis area
- Work is located throughout the St. Louis area (must be willing to travel to job sites)
- Basic hand tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to show up on time and work a full schedule
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$35 per hour, based on experience
