Compensation & Schedule
- $420–$700 per week plus tips
- Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights. No weekends. Ever.

What You’ll Do
- Clean homes and offices to a high professional standard
- Follow structured checklists and systems
- Perform detailed cleaning in kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Take ownership of your work and results
- Represent TCE with professionalism at all times

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
- English required for training and client communication
