Auto Detailer – True Clean Car Wash & Detail

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour tips (based on experience)
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days on / 3 days off. Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Auto Detailer with extensive experience in both exterior and interior detailing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior detailing including buffing, polishing, and scratch removal
- Perform interior detailing including steaming, shampooing, extracting, and detail brush work
- Prep vehicles to True Clean standards for customer delivery
- Stock, organize, and maintain detail bay supplies and chemicals
- Follow opening and closing procedures for the detail bay
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications: Will Train the right applicant.
- Proven experience in both exterior and interior auto detailing
- Knowledge of buffing, polishing, paint correction techniques
- Experience with extractors, steam cleaners, and detailing tools
- Ceramic experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available weekends and flexible with scheduling
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
