We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team on-site in Santa Clara, CA. As a Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist in achieving sales goals, and provide styling advice to ensure a positive shopping experience. This role involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, handling transactions, restocking merchandise, and supporting retail operations. You will also be expected to engage customers with enthusiasm and a deep understanding of the True Classic brand.
Pay Rate: $19.00- 22.00/ hour.

Qualifications
- 2 years Supervisor/ Key Holder Experience in Retail and Customer facing role. ASM experience a plus.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Sales and cash handling experience
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for fashion and styling
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale systems
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is a plus
