Job Description:

We are a thriving wellness office seeking team members for a high-energy Chiropractic Assistants to become part of our team. The ideal candidates will be outgoing, friendly, highly organized, passionate, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to deal with a wide variety of people and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining outstanding customer service is required. Must be able to answer phones, interact with patients, and be a team-player.
Our office is growing rapidly, and the ideal candidates must be adaptable and able to keep their cool under pressure. We specialize in families and youth athletes so you must love hanging with families, including newborns, toddlers, kids, and pregnant women.
Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival.
- Answering phone calls and responding to e-mails.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Collecting and recording patients' personal and medical information.
- Preparing exam rooms prior to appointments, as needed.
- Assisting in patient examinations and use of medical equipment
Chiropractic Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Able to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
Starting hours for this position are:
Schedule: (for training purposes)
Monday 11:00am – 7:00pm
Tuesday 11:00am – 7:00pm
Wednesday 11:00am – 7:00pm
Thursday 11:00am – 7:00pm
Friday 7:00am – 2:00pm
Additional position requirements:
- Recognize hours are fluid and sometimes staying later than your scheduled time may be necessary.
- Holding babies, entertaining toddlers - this is all part of the family environment! Be willing to do whatever it takes to make our families feel comfortable

Pay: Hourly Employee. Wage will be based on experience and eligible for bonuses after 90 days based on Key Performance Indicators.
