Job Overview
True Care Behavioral Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Mid Level Supervisor to join our growing ABA and developmental services team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop leadership experience in a professional healthcare or educational environment. The Mid Level Supervisor supports the day-to-day operations of ABA programs, ensures compliance with documentation standards, and provides direct supervision and guidance to staff serving individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Ensure all documentation meets organizational and funding source requirements, including accurate data collection and adherence to HIPAA standards.
- Conduct skills assessments and gather behavioral data as directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Support onboarding, training, and professional development of assigned staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including BCBAs, educators, and families—to ensure client goals are being met.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and program audits as needed.
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and empathy in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong knowledge of behavioral principles, special education practices, or developmental services preferred.
- Familiarity with medical documentation and client record management systems.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality practices.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (required for field-based work).
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility preferred.
- Experience providing supervision or mentoring in an ABA or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) data systems (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink, or similar).
