About True Blue
At True Blue Strategies, we build power, spark action, and make a real impact. We’re a Seattle-based, award-winning advocacy and creative agency helping changemakers—Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, Tribes, trade associations, and national coalitions—shape public opinion and move people to act.
Like our campaigns, our team runs on curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. We pair bold ideas with sharp strategy, and have the awards to prove it (100 national honors, including Public Affairs, Strategic Communications, and Design Firm of the Year). But our proudest achievement? Building a culture where smart, driven people work on meaningful projects and have fun doing it.
The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, collaborative, and proactive team player to keep our projects moving seamlessly. You’ll be at the center of campaign execution, managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and jumping in on new business efforts, while giving our account managers everything they need to deliver best-in-class work for our clients.
To thrive here, you’ll need to be hands-on, detail-obsessed, and digitally fluent. If you love variety, enjoy solving puzzles, hustle when it matters, and seek to find smarter, faster ways to make big ideas happen—while having fun along the way—this role is for you.
There’s tons of room to grow here. You’ll report to the Senior Account Manager, but get to collaborate with our Creative Director, production crew, account team, and media research partners. Think of it as a front-row seat to all the cool stuff we do, and a chance to level up fast.
