True Blue Mechanical is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing, family-owned team. We treat customers like family and techs like partners — and we pay like it too.
Pay: $95,000–$250,000/year — competitive base salary plus commission on repairs and installs. Top earners are experienced techs who consistently close jobs and deliver great customer results.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, mini-splits, and thermostats
- Perform maintenance tune-ups and repair item installs
- Give homeowners honest, clear repair options — no unnecessary upselling
- Keep your service vehicle stocked, organized, and ready to roll
- Take pride in doing the job right the first time
What You Need
- 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Certification
- Valid driver's license, clean record
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, refrigerant, and combustion systems
- Great communication skills — you're the face of our company in someone's home
