Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our team as a dealership sales and finance representative. In this hybrid role, you will play a vital part in sales operations, with the critical function of securing financing, and administering protection products. Duties that are included, but not limited to, assisting in ensuring accuracy in vehicle transactions, maintaining organized financial records, helping with the sales of the business, working with lenders, and ensuring each of our dealership customers are taken care of. Light duties around the dealership are also a requirement for this position. It will also be a plus, if you are familiar with tech innovation, such as AI and app development. Your enthusiasm and precision will help drive efficient sales and financial processes that contribute to the overall success of our organization. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in sales and finance within a collaborative environment, committed to excellence and growth. This is a contract position. Beginning wage start around 35,000 per year, but has plenty of opportunity for wage increase and bonuses.
Duties
- Assist in selling vehicles to customers
- Assist with daily financial tasks, including data entry and transaction recording using financial software
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and financial claims promptly while verifying details for correctness
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members and lenders to ensure timely completion of financial and sales tasks and resolve discrepancies
- Contribute to process improvements by suggesting efficiencies in sales and financial workflows
- Suggest ways to help make the business more efficient
- Perform light duties, such as, helping create and engage in content, taking out trash, wiping down windows, and sweeping
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and finance
- Familiarity with financial software applications and lenders is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with excellent sales and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Being punctual
- Basic understanding of accounting and sales principles and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or sales is a plus
