Compensation:
$90,000 - $108,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with inbound seller leads
Build rapport and trust with homeowners
Analyze property values, repairs, and deal potential
Present offers and negotiate contracts
Conduct property walkthroughs when needed
Maintain accurate notes in CRM
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets
Participate in training, role-plays, and team meetings
Qualifications:
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
- 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
