Job Title: Lead Manager – Real Estate Investment Company

Location: Remote

Compensation: $600–$800/week base performance bonuses (OTE $40,000–$55,000/year)

Role Overview

The Lead Manager is responsible for:

  • Answering inbound seller leads
  • Speaking with homeowners to qualify their motivation and gather property details
  • Managing and updating CRM records
  • Following up consistently to uncover opportunities
  • Setting appointments for our Acquisition Managers

You are the first point of contact and the voice of the company — helping homeowners feel heard, supported, and guided through the process.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $600–$800/week (based on experience)
  • Performance bonuses: $100–$250/month $100–$200 per contract
  • On-track earnings: $40,000–$55,000/year
  • Paid training
  • Growth opportunities into senior LM or Acquisition roles

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday (Saturday light availability as needed)
  • Standard business hours (no late nights)

What Success Looks Like

  • 80–120 outbound dials/day
  • 100% same-day contact on new leads
  • 8–15 qualified appointments/week
  • Organized, clean CRM with no missed tasks
  • Positive communication with both sellers and the team

Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 yearly
