The Role

You’ll be trained to operate precision press equipment, fine-tune machines, and build high-quality coil components from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate coil expanding equipment to bring raw materials to life.
- Dial in machine settings, tooling and alignments to hit top-quality production
- Keep things moving by safely loading/unloading materials using cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Inspect finished coils for precision and catch issues before they become problems.
- Spot issues early and work with maintenance or leadership to keep things on track.
- Contribute to a team that values safety, quality and getting the job done the right way.
This role supports our night shift operation.
- Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30AM
- Overtime is common as we are significantly growing this part of the business.
