The Client Services & Operations Leader will oversee the operational and service functions for the Agriculture Platform, with a primary focus on leading the Account Management and CSR teams to deliver the Trucordia Commitment to Client Experience, achieving Platform targets for growth, client retention, and profitability. The Client Services & Operations Leader will oversee the operational and service functions for the Agriculture Platform, with a primary focus on leading the Account Management and CSR teams to deliver the Trucordia Commitment to Client Experience, achieving Platform targets for growth, client retention, and profitability. This role will report to the Senior Vice President over the Platform.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Account Management teams throughout the Platform to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery of the Trucordia value proposition to clients.
- Develop training programs, performance metrics, and career development plans to enhance team skills and engagement, utilizing Trucordia tools, IT, methodologies, and programs wherever possible.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client-focused excellence across the service teams.
- Implement Trucordia-approved tools, technology, and best practices to continuously improve client servicing efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate with peers across other Platforms to align on best practices, share insights, and drive consistency in service delivery across Trucordia nationally.
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for operational improvements to drive consistency across the platform.
- Contribute to enterprise-level projects that enhance client servicing capabilities and operational performance.
- Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Carrier Relations & Operations, Claims, IT) to align operational goals and initiatives, including migrating systems to Trucordia standard IT wherever possible.
- Track and analyze service metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership on team performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and present regular reports on service quality, team productivity, and client outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to E&O prevention procedures and work to mitigate exposures across all Platform operations.
- Ensure service delivery and operational excellence aligned with the unique needs of the Agriculture platform, including crop and agribusiness clients.
- 7–10 years’ experience in insurance operations, account management, or client service leadership.
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance, including commercial and personal lines.
- Experience supporting or leading within an Agriculture platform or agribusiness-related insurance segment preferred.
- Crop insurance experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with federal crop insurance programs and agribusiness risk management solutions.
- Crop insurance license preferred
- Industry designations such as CISR, CIC, etc. preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Insurance, Finance, or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
