Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client accounts
- Analyze client exposure and recommend appropriate insurance coverage and risk management strategies
- Lead renewal strategy, including market analysis, carrier negotiations, and pricing optimization
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account revenue
- Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and service teams to deliver seamless client experience
- Oversee policy lifecycle activities such as renewals, endorsements, and compliance requirements
- Prepare and present proposals, coverage comparisons, and executive summaries to clients
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in insurance industry (commercial lines)
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management practices
- Proven relationship management and client-facing experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Active insurance license (Property & Casualty or as required)
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
