The Trucordia product team is looking to hire an additional Salesforce Developer to join their team. This role will be pivotal in contributing to our Salesforce product strategy and the organic growth of the organization. They will also work cross-functionally with end-users, project managers, and the technology teams to ensure projects are in line with our business objectives and strategies.

The Trucordia product team is looking to hire an additional Salesforce Developer to join their team. This role will be pivotal in contributing to our Salesforce product strategy and the organic growth of the organization. They will also work cross-functionally with end-users, project managers, and the technology teams to ensure projects are in line with our business objectives and strategies.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop additional functionality in our Salesforce product, utilizing existing features and data from both Salesforce and other software tools.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality code and seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Partner with the training department to develop and refine Salesforce training materials to enhance user competency and product literacy.
- Conduct regular system audits to assess user engagement with Salesforce, identifying patterns of use and areas for improvement.
- Assist with administration needs when needed, such as resolving support tickets, user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, and profiles.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2 - 5 years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and their capabilities; familiarity with Financial Services Cloud and OmniStudio preferred, but not required.
- Expertise in managing and the upkeep of Salesforce systems and users.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with business partners and managing scope effectively.
- Ability to define and implement tailored solutions for specific business challenges.
- Current Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Certifications, Administrator Certification or Advanced Administrator Certification is a plus but not required.
