We are hiring a full-time Producer II to join our team in Belton, SC in an on-site capacity. The Producer II will focus on generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and managing insurance accounts. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, negotiating terms with carriers, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams to support long-term client goals and service excellence.
- Proven skills in sales, business development, and relationship management within the insurance industry
- Strong background in commercial and personal insurance lines, including worker’s compensation, life, health, and employee benefits
- Proficiency in client communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Proficiency with insurance tools, systems, and technology platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments
- State insurance license required; certifications such as CIC or CPCU are advantageous
